I picked up my new Honda HR-V from Brad Constantino at Ide Honda this past Monday. I can’t say enough good things about the whole transaction! Everything from the test drive to making the deal to the delivery was just as they say in the advertisements – easy, honest and fun! It was exactly just that! I have purchased several cars before from Brad and each time he exceeds my expectations. Brad “gets it” and rather than making the car buying process something to dread, he actually makes it fun. I will also say that he always follows up and anytime I have stopped in the past with questions about other cars I have purchased from him, he is always available to answer any questions I have had. He even offers me coffee while we chat! With him I have found it’s not just about selling cars; it’s about building relationships. Today, where everyone seems to be just a number, this is a refreshing change! I did all the financing paperwork with Will Galliher who explained everything in easy to understand terms and was very friendly through the process. The dealership itself just has a vibe of friendly people and it honestly feels like a small-town dealership from days gone by, although they are far from being a “small” dealership. When you are in the building, people that work there actually say hello to you and smile! One of the best things about Ide is you won’t find any sales consultants attacking you as you exit your car or enter the showroom. You are free to browse on your own and when you have questions, there is always someone friendly to answer anything you can think of. And something also happened to me the day I made the deal on this car – Rich Ide himself made it a point to say hello and thank me for my business! I have never had that happen at any other dealership in years past and I have been buying cars for over 40 years! I love the Hondas I have owned in the past and I cannot see myself not driving a Honda and those Hondas will be purchased from Brad Constantino at Ide Honda! You owe it to yourself to check them out and give them a chance to earn your business! More
