I went to Audi Massapequa to browse and see the 2025 Audi Q5. Brad Drexler came over and welcomed me. He asked which vehicle I was interested in learning about. Brad encouraged me to sit in the Q5 as he spok Q5. Brad Drexler came over and welcomed me. He asked which vehicle I was interested in learning about. Brad encouraged me to sit in the Q5 as he spoke about some of its features. Then he asked if I wanted to test drive the car. I agreed. First I set the mirrors and made a seat adjustment before we began driving around the neighborhood. I made a U turn, I gave the car some gas to check its acceleration, etc. The outside is attractive as is the inside. I loved the Q5! It took me longer to decide on the exterior color. Throughout this process, Brad continued to give me information and answer my questions. He is a friendly person and most knowledgeable about the Q5! I am a questioning person, in fact, I had a list in my pocket of what I absolutely wanted to know about the Q5. At all times Brad was patient, kind and eager to answer my next question. He informed me about the Audi Customer Credit and the Costco Auto Program. I came to see the Q5, have a test drive and learn about it after my readings and research. I thought I'd be leaving and doing more thinking about purchasing it. However, I ended up buying the Q5! Brad is an excellent salesman! He did a great sales job; it was a pleasure working with him! It is now three days that I have owned my new Audi Q5. My reading continues with the Audi manual. I have a lot to learn and appreciate about all the features of my new Audi.
