This is my 4th purchase from Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring, I had the pleasure of working with Celestine Lovence, he is a Super Sales Consultant, his warm and welcoming approach is the BEST (Beaming, E Spring, I had the pleasure of working with Celestine Lovence, he is a Super Sales Consultant, his warm and welcoming approach is the BEST (Beaming, Earnest, Sophiscated Style and Terrific) exemplified by his Professionalism, knowledgeable and Exceptional salesmanship. Also, adding to that the overall buying experience - I can't leave out Brad the Finance Manager, smooth transaction in a high tech signing process - loved it! This particular dealer knows how to treat a customer, even from the Service side, Robert Marr provided me with quick, wonderful customer services getting my previous 2018 car in and out without any issues. Honestly, I couldn't even bring myself to consider buying from any other local Mercedes Benz dealership, much less any other luxury car brand.
