Had to wait 20 minutes for my car even though it was sitting in the lot 20 feet away. I have been happy there in the past (have purchased 3 cars there) but seems to be going downhill. Work is never completed on time and is terribly shabby. What was supposed to be fixed isn’t fixed, and they don’t conduct quality control and check their work. For example, my interior headliner had to be removed to do service involving the sunroof, but the headliner wasn’t reattached properly and was covered with dirty fingerprints. Stay away from this place! More
