Tyler took exceptionally great care of me-I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service Tyler provided me with! He took care of me from start to finish & was extremely communicative & helpful. He was professional, personable, friendly & knowledgeable. I had a very bad taste in my mouth from a few years ago when I brought in my 2002 Jetta. The Service tech at that time was insulting, condescending & extremely rude. Additionally, Not all of my requests got fixed! It was a very simple thing. Subsequently, I didn't come back, until now. I'm very pleased that I did. Tyler has won my business back to Brookdale VW. BRAVO! I came in with my loaner car & Brad was very helpful- the new dash design had me confused & we had a good laugh about it- Great guy also! I am a VW enthusiast & will continue to purchase these vehicles- I will now consider purchasing from this dealership, provided Tyler is still with you when that time comes. More
