HUGE DEALERSHIP, GREAT SERVICE I WAS LOOKING FOR A NICE, CLEAN, USED TRUCK. LOOKED ON LINE, WENT TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS NEARBY. THEY WOULD TELL ME ONE THING AND I GET THERE AND IT W I WAS LOOKING FOR A NICE, CLEAN, USED TRUCK. LOOKED ON LINE, WENT TO SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS NEARBY. THEY WOULD TELL ME ONE THING AND I GET THERE AND IT WAS LESS THAN TRUTHFUL. SAW A NICE TRUCK AT HEISER CHEVROLET, SENT AN EMAIL WITH SAME QUESTIONS, THEY GOT BACK TO ME AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. IT WAS A BIT OF A DRIVE AS I LIVE IN ILLINOIS. BUT WOW!! AM I GLAD WE WENT THERE! WE MET GREG KOSS, WHO WAS ASSIGNED TO US. HE TOOK US RIGHT TO THE TRUCK AND IT WAS EVERYTHING I COULD HOPE FOR AND THEY HAD JUST REDUCED THE PRICE TOO! WHEN I TOLD THEM, MY BANK COULD GET ME A VERY LOW RATE, BUT THEY WERE CLOSED FOR COLUMBUS DAY, THE FINANCE OFFICE JUMPED IN AND FOUND ME AN EVEN BETTER RATE THAN MY BANK WHO I'VE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH SINCE 1982. WHILE WE WAITED FOR THE PAPERWORK TO GET PROCESSED, WE DROVE TO THE GAS STATION TO FILL IT UP, CAME BACK AND FINISHED THE FINAL SIGNATURES. UNDERSTAND THAT THE DEALER SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLOSED BY NOW, BUT THEY KEPT ALL THE LIGHTS ON, HAD TRUCK WASHED AND WENT OVER ANYTHING I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT. A TRULY DEDICATED DEALERSHIP AND SALESMAN GREG KOSS. I RECEIVED SEVERAL FOLLOW UP CALLS THE VERY NEXT DAY TO MAKE SURE I WAS A HAPPY CUSTOMER AND TO ASK IF I HAD ANYMORE QUESTIONS. His unique sense of humor and down to earth attitude was exactly what we needed to make this adventure enjoyable. He listened to what we wanted and spent several hours making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. He took the extra time to show us all the "bells and whistles" and made sure we were completely comfortable with all the technical gadgets and electronics.
