Received absolutely top-notch service - as usual! Excellent attention to detail, striving for excellence every time we've needed service. Can't recommend highly enough. Excellent attention to detail, striving for excellence every time we've needed service. Can't recommend highly enough. More

Bradford's service and communication were great. Full synthetic oil change and rear brakes at a good price. This is my third Boucher F-150 and Tristen found my wife a great used car too! synthetic oil change and rear brakes at a good price. First of all. I have no issues with the reps I dealt with. They were professional and explained what was going on. My issue is with what had to be done. The panel that had to be replaced (because it with. They were professional and explained what was going on. My issue is with what had to be done. The panel that had to be replaced (because it fell off on the road in Iowa) had fallen off 2 previous times and had to be reattached. It is a systemic issue with the F 150. I don't even mind having to pay the $400 for the panel. I do, however think that $100 for four fasteners is way out of line. I'm also upset about the $160 labor fee to reattach the panel since I was also having a works done and the panel had to come off anyhow for the oil change. The other issue is the ridiculous requirement to replace my lug nuts because the pretty chrome caps expand over time and can't be turned with a standard lug wrench. Really? Another $180..... I've been bringing my 2 fords to this dealer for a long time. Again, no issues with the personnel but these parts issues are making me think I need to look at another manufacturer. More
