Bradford my contact was super polite and kept me informed of what was going on when he was aware of issues. This review in no way is a statement on him. However, I scheduled my 7:30 AM 8/25 appointment 9 day of what was going on when he was aware of issues. This review in no way is a statement on him. However, I scheduled my 7:30 AM 8/25 appointment 9 days prior and left my vehicle overnight in order to get worked on early. When I called Bradford at 4:45 PM on 8/25 to get a status, he informed me the tech had already left for the day and he'd have to get back to me the next day. By noon the next day the vehicle was completed. A day and a half to install an audio module that was physically in the dealership since 8/22 seems excessive. More

No issues with the Service tech I worked with, Bradford, he was very good at communicating with me on the issues at hand but the overall experience with the amount of time that the repair too was a little o he was very good at communicating with me on the issues at hand but the overall experience with the amount of time that the repair too was a little overdone. I understand they repair may have been a longer one but each time I reached out for updates it was the same answer; saying the car is beginning work and should be a few days. I called 3 or 4 times and each time the response was the same. So it just felt like they were saying what they needed to in order to get me off the phone. Like I said this is not directed at the service tech I was working with but more of the process of keeping the customer up to date. More

Had my 2016 F150 towed in for unscheduled repairs. Bradford in Service Dept. kept me informed on repair progress, found and installed a new starter in under 1-week. Tristin in Sales also followed up Bradford in Service Dept. kept me informed on repair progress, found and installed a new starter in under 1-week. Tristin in Sales also followed up with me. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Bought 4 cars here so far and will buy and service my next car at Gordie Boucher too. More
