One of my pet peeves is when I enter an establishment and I am ignored. This courtesy was not extended to me until another service rep intervened and welcomed me. The work on the van was done in a timely fashion. Except now the van is dead in our driveway, new battery was installed on 12/8/20 makes me question the quality of work done. More
