Service agent was excellent keeping me informed throughout the process. He made the difference. Not sure the wipers needed to be replaced and a vac and wash would be a nice touch when spending $100 throughout the process. He made the difference. One of my pet peeves is when I enter an establishment and I am ignored. I understand phone conversations need to progress, and computer input is vital to any business, however, it only takes 10 seconds to ac I am ignored. I understand phone conversations need to progress, and computer input is vital to any business, however, it only takes 10 seconds to acknowledge the person standing in front of you with a simple "one moment please I will be right with you." This courtesy was not extended to me until another service rep intervened and welcomed me. The work on the van was done in a timely fashion. Except now the van is dead in our driveway, new battery was installed on 12/8/20 makes me question the quality of work done. More
