Ross did a great job in helping in my decision on my purchase. He made sure I had a loaner while work was being done on my new truck even when the service manager said none were available. My big disappointment was when I returned to pickup my truck after it was in the shop all day was the greasy foot prints on my new mats in the drivers side as well as the rear seat. Fortunately there was a service writer still there who got a porter to come and clean the mats.I can’t help but believe your service tech didn’t notice the mess he made and have it taken care of before he said it was done. More
