My entire automotive career has been spent at Crown over the past 20 years. Graduate of Brother Martin High School and the University of New Orleans. My main source of business comes from repeat customers and referrals. I pride myself on taking care of my customers before, during and after the sale and making sure their purchase experience exceeds their expectations. With the transition from sales consultant to new car sales manager, my focus is still taking care of my customers throughout the entire sales process. My first experience in car buying over 30 years ago was at Crown Buick. My salesman was Sam Coco. I made several purchases with Sam in the following years and felt apreaciated and respected. In those interactions I usually left feeling more confident and educated in the process of car buying. In recent years I've done business with other dealerships only because of inventory limitations. (After checking with Crown first.) For this purchase I visited other dealerships both physically and virtually. My frustration with car buying had never been so elevated. I found very little enthusiasm and even less follow through from the sales teams at other dealers. I paused and thought... I had a great thing going with Sam and his son Bradley, who is just as capable and helpful. I made one stop to visit with Bradley and this process was just like I learned to appreciate from Bradley and Crown Buick. Though a bit different due to the changes that have evolved these last 2 years. I felt comfortably at home buying from Crown Buick GMC. Bradley kept me informed and delivered each of my expectations and kept his promises. I Thanks Bradley. I'll see you for my next vehicle purchase. Rest in peace Sam. More
