Called this dealership to buy one of there CPO vehicles. talked to Andy on the phone and let him know I was coming from 4 hours away and I asked him to check the car for ANY dings dents or scratches.. he ca talked to Andy on the phone and let him know I was coming from 4 hours away and I asked him to check the car for ANY dings dents or scratches.. he called me back and told me the “vehicle was in pristine condition” after driving 4 hours and laid eyes on the vehicle I found dents on the doors, all 4 wheels curb rashes and signs of the vehicle being in an accident. When I confronted the sales manager about it instead of him trying to fix the situation he instantly turned mad viciously shaking his neck saying “it’s a used car what do you expect”. I’m a technician at a Honda dealer so I know what standards this vehicle needs to be held too. Chris Carola finally agreed to repairing 1 out of the 4 wheels, fixing the dent and took about $250 off the bill. Not what I wanted but it’s better than nothing .. after about an hour of driving home it got dark out and the headlights turned on and to my surprise the passenger headlight was broken and bouncing up and down over bumps .. next day I go outside to look over the car and what do u know more issues .. found 2 front bumper lights not plugged in (most likely from when the front end was off getting repainted from the accident they didn’t tell me about) and 2 tires dry rotted .. went to my local Vw dealer and had there sales manager look over the car and even he was shocked this car was certified ! so many safety concerns I’m surprised the technician and sales manager signed off on the K208 .. when I emailed the manager about these issues his response was I’m hard to satisfy and he’s going to come buy the car back! I guess wanting the CPO vehicle you just bought fixed properly is to much to ask for .. so my advice to anyone looking yo spend there time and hard earned money stay FAR AWAY from this dealership .. to top it off Chris carola even took advantage of my personal information from my finance paperwork and called my general manager to let him know I was coming to buy a car from him .. that’s ILLEGAL! More

Let me start by saying I hate the car buying experience. ...until now. Scott was a PLEASURE to work with. Made the experience effortless. He is very professional with a laid back demeanor. No pressure, no ...until now. Scott was a PLEASURE to work with. Made the experience effortless. He is very professional with a laid back demeanor. No pressure, no xx, no ties and pinky rings like most car salesmen!! Just a great straightforward guy that knows his stuff!! The dealership has a very different vibe....its a comfortable feel. Not the usual high pressure xx , not hours of exhausting exchanges, just good old fashioned customer service! LOVE this dealership and LOVED dealing with Scott. Good job Prestige, you definitely got it right!! More

Tariq made a point to make sure I felt comfortable with the deal I was making and never put pressure on me to do anything. I felt calm through the whole process and felt great about my descision when I dro the deal I was making and never put pressure on me to do anything.
