One of the simplest, most transparent, and smoothest - Ryan

One of the simplest, most transparent, and smoothest purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. From the first point of contact to driving off the lot, I could not have been more pleased. I particularly would like to acknowledge Lucas, my sales rep, who was the most responsive and pleasant rep I’d ever purchased from, and Andy for going above and beyond in working out a great deal for me on my Porsche Cayenne. These guys were incredible to work with.

Working with Scott Hurff and the entire team at Prestige - Gunjan

Working with Scott Hurff and the entire team at Prestige was smooth, professional and completely hassle free. From our initial query, Scott reached out to understand our needs and had the vehicle ready for us to test the moment we arrived. Scott was knowledgeable, patient and thorough when explaining the vehicle's features, never making us feel rushed. Unlike typical car buying experiences, there was no pressure, no games or gimmicks and no back and forth. Everything was transparent and fair. The entire staff was courteous and efficient making the paperwork fast and effortless. We highly recommend Scott and the Prestige crew looking for a stress free vehicle purchase and we would gladly buy from them again.

For years I have been taking my Golf to have it serviced - sb5632

For years I have been taking my Golf to have it serviced there. They are very careful and responsible, They don't push to do repairs you are not ready to do, but they warn you and advise you well. People are very friendly.

Volkswagen of Salem County has sales and maintenance - fly911

Volkswagen of Salem County has sales and maintenance teams that are customer-friendly. From my experience, the sales manager and staff can't do enough to find the car for you. The maintenance manager was super friendly and knowledgeable about vehicle services. I wound up purchasing a car that I love driving, thanks to Joe and Lena's professional attitude and willing to negoatiate a fair price. A relaxing atmosphere with refreshments offered was a pleasurable experience with no high-pressure. Thanks everybody for getting me the car that I love!

I recently used the service department at this Audi - melamedd

I recently used the service department at this Audi dealership and would like to share my impressions of the experience. This is my first Audi, but previously I owned BMWs, Mercedes-Benzes, and Volvos, so I have had an opportunity to compare how different dealerships welcome you, take care of your car, provide a loaner, and, importantly, keep you informed about the work being performed. In situations like this, every dealership works as a team, and Audi was no exception. Every person has an important role in the process, and the better the team is coordinated, the smoother the entire experience becomes. It is much like the mechanism of a watch: even if only one gear does not work properly, the efforts of the entire team may not be enough to compensate for that malfunction. The people on the Audi dealership team who took care of my car were striving to provide excellent service. I would especially like to recognize valet service manager Eric Herrera. I have rarely met anyone in such a position who is so dedicated to his work. His attention to detail, courtesy, and respect were evident throughout the entire process and gave me complete confidence when leaving my car in his care. Service Manager Bill Owens maintained close oversight of the entire process to make sure that I, as the customer, was completely satisfied. What particularly impressed me was that he managed to stay personally involved and informed at virtually every step. Unfortunately, my experience with Kay Loper - my service advisor, was very different. She appeared disengaged from the process, did not want to take my calls, and when she did speak with me, her manner came across as condescending—as though I did not understand what I was talking about. Most importantly, she ultimately informed me that my car had been repaired, which turned out to be far from the actual situation. I do not want to go into all the details here. In short, returning to my watch analogy, she was the one gear in the mechanism that was not functioning properly, while the rest of the team was working hard to compensate for it. I am very grateful to Eric Herrera, Bill Owens, and the other members of the team who put so much effort into taking care of me and my car. In fact, Kay Loper should probably be grateful to them as well, because it is only due to their professionalism and dedication that, despite my experience with her, I am still giving this service department five stars.
