Exceptional Service in a Challenging Situation In early March, we purchased a used car from Crest Volvo that unfortunately experienced a major engine failure less than 800 miles later. While this was a fru March, we purchased a used car from Crest Volvo that unfortunately experienced a major engine failure less than 800 miles later. While this was a frustrating and unexpected situation, the team at Crest Volvo went above and beyond to assist us. Once the car was declared unrepairable, they worked diligently with us to ensure we found a suitable replacement. Over the course of several days, we explored multiple options and eventually settled on a car that met our needs. Throughout this process, Jeremy and Brandon, along with the entire team, were incredibly helpful, courteous, and empathetic to our predicament. Their professionalism and attentiveness turned what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with care and understanding. Brandon did a smooth hand off and intro to Gage. Gage was super knowledgeable about the Volvo brand and products.
