We bought 2 cars this month. We live 2 hours from this dealership. 1st transaction was smooth, easy, and honest. 2nd transaction was very disappointing. 2 weeks after the f We live 2 hours from this dealership. 1st transaction was smooth, easy, and honest. 2nd transaction was very disappointing. 2 weeks after the first purchase, we came back for the camaro ZL1, trading-in the Shelby GT500.. the trade in value 1st offer we declined as it was too low for us. Salesman offered additional $2k for approval. Since finance took us in to do paperwork; we ASSUMED new trade in value has been approved. We electronically signed documents, he only showed us the comparison monthly dues with extended warranties, no clarification on the trade in value, we were so comfortable with him as he took care of us 2 weeks ago for our 1st car without any problems, documents to sign were exactly as we discussed with the salesperson. (Huge mistake) So, for me, finance should have verified information with us as well. Buyers get carried away too. We came home with our new car. The next day as I was scanning all the documents given to us, I noticed that the total was not the same as we discussed with the salesman. We felt manipulated, fooled, and lied on. I contacted the dealer via email the following day (Sunday) Customer service rep said, Manager has already approved the $2k additional trade in value however we already signed the 1st offer. So, I insisted to speak to the Manager. Manager with no empathy of how we felt, stated. “There is nothing that I can do, as you already agreed and signed documents”. I hoped that this situation would have been corrected before it came to us having to make a formal complaint about the dealership. Stingray Chevrolet has lost our business forever. Update: 2/11/23 Stingray Chevrolet c/o Mngr Justin contacted us and fixed the issue. We thank you Stingray Chevrolet for your quick action. More

Everything was fine except when I told them NOT to mail the tag to my physical address! I told them I had a PO Box! But of course they wrote the physical address down! Thank God for decent neighbors who walked the tag over because they knew my name! But No thanks to Stingray Chevrolet for not following SIMPLE DIRECTIONS!! They said they would fix the rear light on the top back of my vehicle but they didn’t! The said they would do it on the next oil change, well it’s time for the oil change! We will just have to wait and see! More
