Overall great buying experience at Stingray Chevrolet. Since I live almost two hours from the dealership, and found the car online, I initially dealt with Valentina in the internet department. She did a fantastic job answering all my questions, working out the details of the deal, and setting up an appointment during my tight schedule. She then handed me off to Matt in sales so I could take a test drive, and finalize the deal. Matt was very friendly and professional. Jake then walked me through setting up all the tech features on the car, while Matt had my new car fueled up and detailed. Once I got home, I realized that the battery charger that was supposed to come with the car was missing, but a quick call back to Matt rectified the situation. The staff at Stingray made the buying experience pleasant and as fun and they saved me thousands over other dealerships closer to home. More

We searched local Chevy dealers here in St. Petersburg to try and give “the local guys” a shot but couldn’t get close to our needs and price. Their sales team was trying to push a suburban that didn’t check all our boxes. Stingray was our only choice yet again. Price was perfect on the exact suburban we were looking at was in stock. Geoff was our sales representative and made me feel as if I was talking to a friend I’ve had for 10+ years. In and out financed in less than 4 hours. Finance was explained well. Job well done. I seriously would have to think on recommending this dealership. I have done business with you since 2006. Spent a lot of money on 3 vehicles from 2018 to 2020. First was the Traverse high country, Sil dealership. I have done business with you since 2006. Spent a lot of money on 3 vehicles from 2018 to 2020. First was the Traverse high country, Silverado high country and the Camero. I ordered the Camero when I bought the truck. I have everything in it which I asked for. I was given the final cost right then and there. When I picked up the Camaro it was much more then I was told with nothing extra. I was never shown where things where nor how to use them. My phone was not synced to the car which you did with all my previous cars. I asked and paid for specialty plates, which I do know I get a normal plate first then the specialty plate comes later. I never saw the extra plate. I did buy the extended warranties which I know would have gone above the original price of the car. It felt like all the discounts I got, the dealer ship jacked up the price of the things I wanted. I actually know they did that with all 3 vehicles, as I priced them out through a cousin who works with GM. So no I doubt I would recommend this dealership at this time. Which saddens me. I have been a good customer and this felt like the woman (me) has no clue. Trust me I research everything I buy. More
