The dealership replaced all air and cabin filters despite those were not dirty and overcharged me for this 16K service and finally left all temporary plastic and papers inside my car (forgot to clean the veh those were not dirty and overcharged me for this 16K service and finally left all temporary plastic and papers inside my car (forgot to clean the vehicle) prior to return my car keys. I'm not returning to this dealership anymore. More

I was satisfied with the care and attention from the service department (mechanics), but extremely disappointed with the administrative staff. They would respond my phone calls unenthusiatically and wou service department (mechanics), but extremely disappointed with the administrative staff. They would respond my phone calls unenthusiatically and would ignore me while I was there in person. I came with a tow truck to pick up my car (of which they were alerted ahead of time), not only did they keep servicing other clients while I was next in line they lost my keys!!! My towing man had to wait over a half hour to get my car, by this time the mechanic that was waiting on me at another auto shop went home. I would love my money back for the diagnostic. How frustrating. More
