Brandon Ellis Went in and out within 2 hours. Picked car. Test drove it and fell in love. Told Brandon where I needed to be with payment and how long. Instead of pl Went in and out within 2 hours. Picked car. Test drove it and fell in love. Told Brandon where I needed to be with payment and how long. Instead of playing the game like most dealerships do, he instead, listened. He got me where I wanted to be and terms with no problem. Went overboard by allowing my to use a loaner while they made a repair to the seam on back leather seat. The entire process was amazing. From Brandon, to finance explaining everything so well to even the service department showing me where to go. Thank you for me finally after 29 years of driving, finally finding a dealership that I will refer, recommend and always go to for any vehicle needs!! More

mclaughlins has the best staff in moline. Brandon ,Scott and Brandon were great .[sounds like a law firm]. I seen this car on line at McLaughlin in Moline, Il. I made the deal over the phone. When I got to McLaughlin's to pickup and pay for the car, I was told that while we were making the deal McLaughlin had dropped the price of the car. I was buying the car at the new price. I was speechless. they didn't have to do that, but they did. McLaughlin and the staff are a bunch of great people. the prep people had my car spotless. the sales people were great and the dealership was honorable. what a great experance. Thank you McLaughlin for making buying a car great . More

WOW! The best car buying expierence. As a woman, I find car buying very nerve racking and very often an unpleasant experience. From the time I stepped into McLaughlin Motors , I was greeted with respect and wonderful customer service. My sales agent was Kim Nicks. She was top notch in knowledge of theSubaru, friendly,and honest. There was no long back and forth hassling of my cars worth and the new vehicle,. I was pleased with both offers. The financial manager was very professional and helpful. I love my new Subaru Forester !I would recommend this car dealership to anyone and will return someday when it comes time to trade again. More

From Scott Schnabel's thorough and beyond-generous time with sales, to the superior and immediate experience I always have with Beth Scherrman in service, to the time Kim Hicks and Brandon Ellis took to go over details of the purchase (Kim sat in the car with me and helped me learn how to operate and set new features), it was warm, friendly, un-pushy, informative, and efficient. I recommend them all, always. They are pros and I'm grateful. More

Very, very satisfied with my McLaughlin experience Treated with courtesy,respect, fairness and warmth every step of the way, even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot....a 2005 Buick Treated with courtesy,respect, fairness and warmth every step of the way, even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot....a 2005 Buick You'd think I was buying a top of the line Volvo. I asked them to verify that recall work had been done on my vehicle before I picked it up....and Jon Elliot and manager George McClean found and provided the info I asked for from the manufacturer, putting my mind at ease. Found a great car at a great price....and a better value than I found anywhere else. The no-cost deductible coverage and nitrogen tire service were a bonus surprise I discovered upon delivery. My sister bought her Subaru from McLaughlin, and raves about them. Now I know why. I'll be back. More
