When I arrived at Five Star Subaru, I was undecided if I wanted to Forester Sport or the more expensive Forester Touring model. When I informed Steve Kroes that I owned a cabin in the New Mexico mountains wanted to Forester Sport or the more expensive Forester Touring model. When I informed Steve Kroes that I owned a cabin in the New Mexico mountains he knew that the Sport model would work best for my needs. It meant a million to me that he was honest and he didn’t try to sell me the more expensive luxury model. His honestly actually saved me $5000. I live in Richardson TX and I literally drove past several other Subaru lots to get to this dealership in Grapevine TX. It was well worth the extra commute! Steve met me at the dealership 30 minutes before his shift began and he was very personable. He also owns Subaru Forester so he was able to explain all of the key features of the vehicle. I am in my mid 50’s and I have to admit this was the most pleasant car buying experience of my lifetime! I never felt under any pressure and negotiations of my trade in went better than I expected. I've owned my new Forester for a week now and I couldn't be any happier. More
