Mical Mceuen provided me with the best customer service I have ever had. I had concerns about the spacing for the seating and he went above and beyond to make sure I understood how much spacing there was F have ever had. He literally went out and got in the Jeep took measurements And took a picture showing the measurements available after he was sitting in the seat so that I have perspective on legroom. We were able to accomplish the entire deal over the phone through pictures, open communication back-and-forth, and a great deal of attention to my concerns. I live a little over an hour and a half away from the dealership and because of his outstanding service I drove to Cassens to buy my vehicle. This along with several other conversations and concerns is the reason why I say it is the best customer service I have ever had. More
