Could not have had a more seamless sale. Well, luck was on our side when we walked into Acura of Berlin. Jim, is just completely amazing! His salesmanship/representation of Acura of Berlin is top notch. He’s got the best of vibes. The moment you meet him & he speaks- you just know you have someone who will be going up to bat for you. What a delight to have Jim to work with. His knowledge is impressive. We learned so much. Jim left not a one detail out. If we had a question, he had the answer.-& Instantly….with no delay or hesitation. With Jim, we found a beautiful car. We simply Love it. Ooh!
