Worst possible service. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly. We leased a Bolt EUV from them that came without a charger cable. They were unwilling to admit a mistake and wanted to charge us extra for providing a cable that should have come with the car in the first place. So we won't be leasing from them again, but look instead for an electric car dealer that doesn't omit the charger cable. Sounds doable. More

We live out of town and purchased the car via email and phone. The purchasing process went smoothly but unfortunately the customer service went down hill after we took the car home. We came to pick up the phone. The purchasing process went smoothly but unfortunately the customer service went down hill after we took the car home. We came to pick up the car after purchasing online and noticed the dome light in the back of the car was missing, also, the oil level was only at 25%. We immediately contacted our sales representative and he let us know he we would have to request the part be ordered and we would have to drive back to have the light fixed and oil changed. It took over a month for the light to come in and during this time we had to constantly reach out to the dealership for an update. When the part finally came in we asked if we could come down on a specific Saturday since we had to drive 2 hours to get back to the dealership, we were told this was fine. We called the Friday before we were supposed to come down just to make sure everything was good to go for the following day. We were told the part wasn't there and they don't do repairs on Saturdays without an appointment. This was unacceptable, i sent an inquiry online requesting someone from management contact me. I received a text stating someone would be contacting, I'm still waiting on that call. Luckily when we went down Saturday the light was fixed and oil changed but i probably wouldn't by another car from them due to the lack of customer service. More

Typical dealership! Got blown off by a salesman when I asked for pricing. Then a supposed "sales manager" called 1 week later (today)and went on and on about earning m Got blown off by a salesman when I asked for pricing. Then a supposed "sales manager" called 1 week later (today)and went on and on about earning my business and he would take care of me and the car we were looking at for our daughter was still there. He didn't even understand the tax rebate on the car. Sales manager ok sure.. He told me he was going to his desk right then and he would send over the numbers. Total xx. Never heard back from him. What is it going to take for dealers to be honest?? More
