I have a new Nissan Altima I purchased from Auto nation Nissan. When I came to Findley Nissan for my first oil change I was told Findley does not honor Auto Nations first oil change is free. I purchased a Nissan. When I came to Findley Nissan for my first oil change I was told Findley does not honor Auto Nations first oil change is free. I purchased a VW from Auto Nation and Findley VW did honor the first oil change and never asked where I bought it at. I thought the first oil change was a Nissan policy not a Auto Nation policy. Disappointed when promised free tire rotations after buying tires from dealership & you no longer support that previous agreements. Also, no car wash provided at this time. The waiting area was large and comfortable. The customer service I would give a 1/5. The advisor was rude and seemed like I was causing him a problem. Great intake service. Service advisor knowledgable and took time to listen to our concerns. Upgraded waiting room was comfortable and pleasant - we forgot to ask for Wi-Fi Service advisor knowledgable and took time to listen to our concerns.
