Matt was terrible. Very unprofessional and would never return my call. Left 4 voicemails for him with no response over the course of 3 days. The service manager was goo Very unprofessional and would never return my call. Left 4 voicemails for him with no response over the course of 3 days. The service manager was good and gave me a free rental car due to my car taking longer than expected. Other than him the rest was very unprofessional and I will be taking my business to another Nissan dealer in town for service and my next car due to this experience and the terrible customer service I received.
