I started looking at Toyota trucks about six months ago. Brandon initially helped me. I wasn’t ready yet to buy. He let me test drive a truck and came up with estimated monthly payments. It made all the difference that he didn’t try to push me into buying at that time. He kept in touch with me for a few months and I later came to the conclusion that I wasn’t ready to buy. We then decided we were ready to buy a truck about two weeks ago. Brandon again helpEd with pricing and was very knowledgeable. I bought a Tundra and also bought a bed cover that needed to be ordered then installed later. Brandon made this a seamless process and constantly kept in touch until everything was completed. I will definitely recommend Capital Toyota and Brandon to anyone I know looking to buy a Toyota! More

Brandon is a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. I called about a vehicle and the next day he was at my house in Rockwood, TN with the vehicle for me to test drive. With my busy schedule it was much a called about a vehicle and the next day he was at my house in Rockwood, TN with the vehicle for me to test drive. With my busy schedule it was much appreciated. He was very very helpful to me. He listened to the different cars I had mentioned, before we started looking. I wasn’t approved for the first vehicle I looked at, but he remembered the first car I sai different cars I had mentioned, before we started looking. Brandon was awesome. I was new to car shopping and had a few less than stellar experiences at the other dealerships I visited, so I was very apprehensive when pulling up to Toyota. Brandon had a warm welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. He did a great job staying on task and talking business, but effortlessly transitioned into small talk. It was the perfect balance of both. I enjoyed talking with Brandon and the conversation never felt forced or uncomfortable. I truly felt like his goal was to make us happy by doing and getting what we wanted. Brandon felt very genuine and trustworthy. Brandon Painter is a pleasure to work with and we will come back to him as he helped us through several situations in this “hurried” experience trying to secure a car for our son after his car was totalled prior to graduation at UGA. Brandon even gave an extra tank to us after we had to bring the car back to service on the road to Athens due to an issue with a tire pressure sensor. Service folks were great too. More
