As I step foot on the service department all personnel greeted me as they knew me from long time. I experienced great customer service that should be the standard for all places that deals with people on greeted me as they knew me from long time. As I arrived, my loaner truck was ready for me and Brandon went above and beyond to get all my paperwork ready to get going. He called me and gave me status of my truck and it did not took more than a minute to have me get my truck and head home. Brandon's quality of service and attention is worth for me to drive 45 mins and get taken of rather than the dealer next door from me. I really appreciate it. Keep up the great work. I also need to mention that I screwed up on a online review in the past and gave him a "not so good" review there. He was so attentive that he reached out and respectfully asked if there was anything to bring to attention. Then I realized my mistake and told him my mistake. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He has been supportive, responsive and helpful throughout the 7 month-long journey. I have bought many cars over my lifetime. This is the first time for ordering a super high demand vehicle. Kwame Odum has effectively been a part of my life since late September. He has always provided sound advice in a timely manner. Truth be told, I am not a passive participant in the C8 purchasing process. But, Kwame has supported me by sharing information regarding the production status and tentative production weeks. It helped me to stay abreast of progress over this period. As previously stated, this is the first experience ordering a car. I could not imagine going through this with anyone else. Most sales relationships are completed in a few hours. Over the months I’ve worked with Kwame I’ve developed respect and appreciation for his friendly, easy going style. I have lucked out in this purchase. I want to also thank General Manager Doug Martin. Doug kept everything on track, properly documented and was always available to research questions that did not have easy answers. I have friends who have ordered C8 Corvettes from other dealerships in the northeast. None of them has had the quality of my experience with Kwame, Doug and Criswell Chevrolet of Thurmont. Thank you. My experience with Criswell Chevrolet is great! I went to the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. I found a truck that I would the dealership with no intention to buy. I simply wanted to look and see if I even liked the new version of a Silverado. I found a truck that I would be interested in and let everyone know that if the stars don't align I will leave and still be happy. Well the stars aligned. Kwame had help from a new salesman, Ryan, while he finished with another customer. Ryan answered my questions or found answers if he wasn't sure! He got me started with the buying process. Mike, the sales manager, came and talked to me and found out what I needed to see to make this happen! He was pleasant, to the point, and listened to me carefully. Jeff, the good guy in finance, didn't give me the reason I was looking for to say no. He worked with me on payments, extended warranties, and interest rates to make it right and I couldn't say no! He did a great job!! Kwame, has been in constant contact with me since I left the dealership. He has helped arrange the service appointment to have after market things applied, he has answered all my questions as they come. And the best thing, he always greeted me with a smile!! I never felt pushed, or rushed. I was clear about what I wanted and they were clear about what they could do. I had a wonderful experience and I recommend not only Criswell but also Kwame and Ryan!
