I went in on Saturday looking for a car that would be suitable for me and my two small children. Spotted Brandon in the lot, he looked to be taking a break but I stopped anyway asking if he had a car tha suitable for me and my two small children. Spotted Brandon in the lot, he looked to be taking a break but I stopped anyway asking if he had a car that I had pulled up on my phone. He didn’t complain, he didn’t seem irritated, he just I’m immediately went into help mode. The car was unavailable at the time due to it being in shop, but he gave me options and spent time showing me cars similar and in that price range. He was patient, and dealt with me as I think I’m a hot mess lol but he didn’t mind at all. I was on a time crunch that morning but I told him I would be back, and right before leaving, he showed me a car that was a little out of my price range but he was sure he could get me the payments I was needing. I filled out the paperwork with my aunt as she was co-signing for me and he called within an hour to let us know that we had been pre-approved for the car. I was so happy and excited! I went back later that afternoon to test drive it. I had my two kids, my 4 year old being obnoxious but he didn’t mind that either. He talked with her, made her feel special afterwards when at his desk. Gave her paper and a pen, let her color, got her a snack from the vending machine and she even felt the need to sit on his lap and he didn’t mind that either. I had apologized several times but he just smiled and didn’t seem to mind. The car that was hoping to trade in, is terrible, it’s not safe to drive and after having it tested, he told me that I would not being driving that back home, he let me take my new car home without signing for it, since my aunt didn’t come back with me and we wouldn’t be able to sign for it till Monday, but again he let me take it home. I came back Monday late afternoon to sign the papers and put my deposit down. He was helpful again, providing excellent customer service and really making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I definitely will be coming back in the future to buy another car from him. He was patient, kind, & understanding. Definitely recommend him as my experience was a 10/10!! More
