This past week I purchased a used 2019 Laramie 1500 for 40k, which I picked up yesterday. I had asked the dealership to address several items (the truck was out of alignment, had a failing water pump, a oi 40k, which I picked up yesterday. They countered my offer and said if I did not take their price I would have to take the truck as it was. They wanted $600 more than my offer which I agreed to. The shop then completed the repairs and “inspection”. Today after bringing it home, I realized that there was a gash in the sidewall of the front tire. I was very surprised considering they claimed they preformed the inspection. I took the truck back over to the dealership so I could show the salesman and asked them to replace the tire. They refused saying that because they were “losing so much on the sale and had already repaired the other items they couldn’t take care of it”. I asked the salesman why they were selling $40,000 trucks with gashes in the tires and why they hadn’t found it during the inspection. His response was literally “we don’t check all those little things. We don’t check tires.” I honestly couldn’t believe it. If you’re looking for a dealership purchase experience where they act broke and are grudging to resolve issues that would ensure you take home a sound vehicle, you should come to Mike Murphy. If you want a dealership that claims to inspect but leaves you to find clear problems afterwards, come to Mike Murphy. If you’re looking to take home a vehicle with underlying safety hazards, come to Mike Murphy. If you’re looking for a dealership that doesn’t strive for costumer satisfaction, come to Mike Murphy. In hindsight, I wish I had taken my business elsewhere and would recommend others to do the same. As for them “losing money”, they obviously wouldn’t have sold it to me if they were actually losing money. More

This was my 2nd car bought here. Both experiences were great! Brandon was excellent to work with. If I have any complaint/whine it would be that I bought a used car over $30k that Both experiences were great! Brandon was excellent to work with. If I have any complaint/whine it would be that I bought a used car over $30k that had less than 40 miles to empty. Used cars only get a $20 prepaid gas card. I just feel that after I just dropped $30k+ filling up the car with gas should be a given. Mind you this was/is not Brandon's fault. More
