Their price and (telephone) customer service is what made me make the 3 hour drive from Westfield, Indiana to their dealership. Once I arrived, I met my Salesperson Brandon Salvati. His knowledge and patienc me make the 3 hour drive from Westfield, Indiana to their dealership. Once I arrived, I met my Salesperson Brandon Salvati. His knowledge and patience with me sealed the deal. Also, as I was at Brandon's desk, Mr. Mike Murphy walked by and introduced himself and thanked me for being a customer. I'm 64 years old and have purchased my share of vehicles; but can't recall being thanked by the owner for my business. To me, this means everything and I really appreciated it. Great experience buying my 2023 Ford F150 at Mike Murphy Ford in Morton. Salesman was knowledgeable, respectful, and answered all of my questions. I got a great deal that I thought was very fair. Where do I begin. only drive it for 5 miles before the check engine light came on. Will now be in Volkswagen service for at least the first 3 weeks of owning the car only drive it for 5 miles before the check engine light came on. Will now be in Volkswagen service for at least the first 3 weeks of owning the car. Climate control needs replaced as well as several other items including an oil leak. Car only came with 1 key though was never mentioned. May be fine for new cars but I would absolutely stay away from them for any used cars. More

When our daughter was ready to purchase a new car for herself, the first thing I did was contact Brandon to help us. He did not disappoint. This is the 6th car that someone in our family has purchased fr herself, the first thing I did was contact Brandon to help us. He did not disappoint.
