Pleasant and efficient. Went in for routine maintenance and had them check a tire issue which they found a small puncture in the sidewall of the tire which I replaced. I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic test. I waited 5 days to get my vehicle back, and had to go to them several times to pick it up only for them to continue to give me the run away. I neve I waited 5 days to get my vehicle back, and had to go to them several times to pick it up only for them to continue to give me the run away. I never received a call from anyone in reference to the status of my vehicle. Note in this time I was given a quote that was upcharged. On the 4th day I went back to get my vehicle and waited a hour only to still get no clear communication and the vehicle was still not ready. On day 5 I spoke with David Reidt who didn’t provide any apologies, explanations, or professional courtesies. It took almost an hour for me to get my vehicle. I would not recommend this location for anything. The service and customer service is aweful. More
