Brandon was polite, courteous, answered all of my questions. My car was serviced in a prompt and timely manner. All of the employees in the area greeted me in a cheerful manner. The service was wonderful. Oil change and tire rotation done well. Staff very friendly but the wait time was excessive. Pleasant and efficient. Went in for routine maintenance and had them check a tire issue which they found a small puncture in the sidewall of the tire which I replaced. Luckily they found it or I could have had a serious issue while driving eventually. More

I took my vehicle in for a diagnostic test. I waited 5 days to get my vehicle back, and had to go to them several times to pick it up only for them to continue to give me the run away. I neve I waited 5 days to get my vehicle back, and had to go to them several times to pick it up only for them to continue to give me the run away. I never received a call from anyone in reference to the status of my vehicle. Note in this time I was given a quote that was upcharged. On the 4th day I went back to get my vehicle and waited a hour only to still get no clear communication and the vehicle was still not ready. On day 5 I spoke with David Reidt who didn’t provide any apologies, explanations, or professional courtesies. It took almost an hour for me to get my vehicle. I would not recommend this location for anything. The service and customer service is aweful. More
