HORRIBLE experience. I brought my truck in to get warranty work done. They called and said I needed rear brake pads and they wanted $900 to replace them. Even the service I brought my truck in to get warranty work done. They called and said I needed rear brake pads and they wanted $900 to replace them. Even the servicer guy had a look and his face like yep $900 for brake pads is a screw job. The interesting thing is, I just had my tires rotated at a local tire shop and all was fine with my brakes. I had them check again after the Phil Long experience and they confirmed my pads are in great shape and don't need to be replaced. Typical dealer trying to screw me over. Avoid them at all cost!!
