Very busy this day. It seemed the service agents were overwhelmed. No real urgency to the check in proceedure. Waited in line well over 25 minutes before getting any attention. I have been dealing with t overwhelmed. No real urgency to the check in proceedure. Waited in line well over 25 minutes before getting any attention. I have been dealing with this quick lane for years and this was the wost experience to date. I atributed this to Covid economy and not enough trained employees. Story of the USA right now. More
