My wife and I have bought three vehicles from this dealership since 2018 and I am impressed. I met Brandon Vaden in 2018 when I bought my 2018 Chevy Colorado new and he was excellent in every aspect. dealership since 2018 and I am impressed. He then introduced me to Angelia Huddleston in finance and she was professional, caring, understanding and compassionate and was an absolute pleasure to work with and she had me in that vehicle in no time. A few months later, we worked with Brandon and Angelia again to purchase my wife a 2019 Equinox and once again it was very fast and very focused on our needs. Fast forward to 2021 and my sweet Colorado was totaled out due to weather and I contacted Brandon again. He spent an entire day calling and texting to make sure I got what I was interested in. He never once gave up and was even going as far as making other recommendations to what I could afford and was looking for. We finally found a Titan XD Platinum Reserve for a great price and I loved it. Brandon made sure it was solid before he put his name on that sale and had Antwon the detail guy clean it up to which I was highly impressed. Angelia was off work that day but I was introduced to Belinda Wilson who was exactly spot on just as Angelia would have been. Belinda made sure every corner of the paperwork was to a T and even looked over my previous paperwork from 2018 and checked off everything without doubt or question. These four individuals have went above and beyond for me and my family and I have built a solid relationship with them and will not consider buying anywhere else due to the family environment they offer and stand on. The Bone family has created a great place that I can trust to buy a vehicle and can highly recommend to anyone without feeling disappointment. I wanted to say thanks to a few people at the dealership. I purchased a new Suburban back in October. A few days later I had some medical compilations come up and did not get back to the dealership until l I purchased a new Suburban back in October. A few days later I had some medical compilations come up and did not get back to the dealership until late December. I ran into Branden and right away he was concerned about my health first. After some fellowship he asked how he could help. He was straight up with me, he had no clue what was wrong with my vehicle but he knew the person who would. Kristen (Service Writer) got Mathew Dillard to look at the vehicle. Tyler (Sales Manager) saw me while they were servicing my vehicle and said we are going to take care of you Larry , Don't worry about a thing. Matthew had some follow up questions about my vehicle problems. He took the time to not only show me what was wrong (turned out to be mostly operator error) but instructed me how to use the electronics of the vehicle.
