I have purchased many vehicles and also worked in dealerships many years ago and buying from Jimmy Britt was the best car buying experience ever. My purchase was done remotely. I'm about 4 hours away and I had the pleasure of working with Angel (customer service). She was very efficient. My salesman Austin Padgett sent me a great video of the vehicle I was interested in. The sales manager Brandon handled my paperwork and let me tell you the buyers order was simple to read and didn't have a bunch of numbers that made no sense. There was no reason for price negotiating because I felt like I was being given a fair price for my trade and for the vehicle I purchased and that was a first for me. Another first was no pressure to purchase GAP or extended warranty. My vehicle was delivered to my house that evening (4 hours away). The next morning the business manager Blake reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the process after the vehicle was delivered. My salesman Austin also reached out that morning to be sure I was completely satisfied. You can tell this place has a sense of pride and they really all work together as a team and truly want their customers to be satisfied! I'm definitely sending everyone to Jimmy Britt and I trade every couple years, so I'll be back! More
