I reached out to Cadillac dealerships near where I live in San Diego and ultimately decided driving to Palm Springs was totally worth it. Gary Levingston was the polar opposite of what the “typical car salesman” is. He along with his GM Braulio Rodriguez gave me more than I was offered anywhere else for my trade and were able to get me a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. It was clear that it isn’t just about making money for them. I felt their goal was to exceed my expectations and building a relationship. They couldn’t have been more professional or make me feel more comfortable during the process... Because I am a mom who works full time and only had the afternoon to pick up the car, I sent them all the information they needed over the phone and requested to be out within 1 hour. Couldn’t believe they made it happen! I later found out he came in on his day off for me! ... I now drive a 2019 Cadillac XT5 and am loving all of the luxury this vehicle provides. Same great customer service a year later! After becoming part of the Jessup family a year ago the level of customer service has been top notch. I get notified when my car needs a oil change et After becoming part of the Jessup family a year ago the level of customer service has been top notch. I get notified when my car needs a oil change etc, As usual the service team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled before I even get there. I’ve had Leo the last few times I had my car serviced and he always makes sure everything goes smooth. Braulio always makes sure everything is taken care of as well. Knowing I’ve had some Interest in the new XT6 he let me take it while my car was being worked on, I was blown away on how smooth the car drove, I thought it might be to bulky for me and feel heavy but it was the opposite, I highly recommend checking out that SUV if you’re looking for something with more seating. It was extremely comfortable, not to mention the AC seats! A huge plus. There’s something to be said about receiving the same great treatment and customer service as you do the same day you buy the car. More
