Brenda is just AWESOME! Knowing Brenda will be assisting me when I take my autos in for servicing is so satisfying. Fast and friendly service Went in for a oil change, tire rotation and recall, all was taken care of within 1 hour and 45 minutes just as promised. The service at Kia is exceptional. As soon as you arrive they greet you quickly. You never have to wait which is major since it’s starting to get cold. They are super friendly and make you feel like family. they greet you quickly. You never have to wait which is major since it’s starting to get cold. They are super friendly and make you feel like family. I love the waiting area where they provide coffee, hot chocolate and even snacks. Someone was always coming by to make sure the snack area was clean and refreshed. They make sure to check in with you through out your wait. And the estimated waiting time is always accurate. And even though I haven’t used it, the shuttle is a great idea! More
