I blew a tire on my in for an early oil change appt. No one in service department answered my 4 calls to say I'd be late and coming in by tow. Manager (Mike) said he was only one there and was too bus No one in service department answered my 4 calls to say I'd be late and coming in by tow. Manager (Mike) said he was only one there and was too busy to answer phones. That is not helpful at all, and is not good customer service. Although tires were rotated, each one was set at a different psi. Mike also questioned why (1) I didn't purchase from Crestmont, and (2) if I live in Parma Heights, why didn't I go to Ganley in Parma for service? Mike needs more training. More

Thought I was getting a great deal. Left there so excited. As I pulled out of the lot, there was a flat tire. Three days into having my car, the oil light came on. I didn’t have the time to track back to this location so I got my oil changed somewhere else and both of the air filters were so disgusting and the person said they probably haven’t been changed in years. When I bought the car, they told me that everything had been checked and everything had been Filled up topped off, etc. and that hasn’t been the case. I am so frustrated. More

The service department is full of rude and un-helpful individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx). They don't care about fixing your car they only care about trying to individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx).
