Brendan knows the Audi product line very well, we focused on a particular model and he found one for me immediately. All of our communication was via phone, text or email and his responses were immediate. Brendan had the car ready for me on the day I needed it, and made the transfer of one lease to another lease seamless. He even carefully removed my Boston parking permit and perfectly transferred that to the window of my new car. Brendan also personally took care of my emissions inspection. I also want to thank Kevin Collins, Business Manager, who was great to work with on all of the financial and other paperwork. He's a good guy. And last, nice to see the General Manager, Adnan Sehovic, who also makes a point of saying hello and thanks for my business if he sees me at the showroom. More

Awesome Experience! (wish I could buy two Audis) I had an awesome experience with Brendan. He was a great listener and very patient when I explained what I was looking for in a car and he worked hard to find it. It was delivered quickly and the whole process was very smooth. When the car came in, Brendan took a lot time to show me its features and help me set it up which I really appreciated given his wealth of knowledge in Audis. Even now after I got the car, he is always willing to help answer additional questions and he checks in with me to make sure everything is going well. Based on my experience, Brendan clearly brings the role of an "Audi Brand Specialist" to a new high. I will certainly go back to him anytime I need a car and would hands-down recommend him to anyone! More

Cranky, Pushy, Rude Brendan felt like he was in a rush from the beginning. We asked to test drive the A4 and S4. We already had the S5, so we wanted to do a comparison. H Brendan felt like he was in a rush from the beginning. We asked to test drive the A4 and S4. We already had the S5, so we wanted to do a comparison. He asked about our S5 and asked whose name the car was in. We asked why it mattered. He immediately jumped to -I'm only trying to help you... if you don't want to work with me, I can get you someone else. It really took us back. He said that if we chose to buy he would enter all our info later. We had no plans to buy that day, we made that clear and he was already going down the sales path before we even test drove any of the cars. He bragged about his sales awards, bragged about how many hours he worked. He had no customer skills - he is a sales machine. I wouldn't buy a car from him. More
