He never tried to sell me more than I wanted nor did he ever pressure me to consider anything more than I wanted, even though it would have been much easier for him. He had to work very hard to get me the car I wanted. I was difficult at times but Brendan NEVER showed anything but the utmost professionalism and empathetic patience. He was always sincere, pleasant, genuine and a great communicator. He was always prompt and thorough in responding to my messages. I look forward to buying my next Audi from Brendan. More

The best car-buying experience ever! We were welcomed into the dealership but never given a "hard sell." Brendan answered our questions we took the car out for a short test drive with Rya We were welcomed into the dealership but never given a "hard sell." Brendan answered our questions we took the car out for a short test drive with Ryan because Brendan was busy. When we called Brendan to set up a second, longer test drive he took us out in both vehicles we were considering (Q5 and Q7) and took the time to give both drivers enough driving time. The negotiation for the vehicle did not feel contentious at all, which was refreshing. When we picked up our Q5, Brendan took his time in going over the features of the vehicle, helped us set up our phones and radio and invited us to return to go over features that we may want to know more about after driving the car for a while. When we returned a few days after picking up our vehicle to have wheel locks installed, Brendan noticed a minor dent in one of the doors and took the initiative to have it repaired at his expense. He was by far the most responsive and engaged car salesperson we have ever dealt with. More
