The customer focused culture promoted by Adnan and his team is second to none. It's demonstrated from the point of sale, through the ease of completing the business side, and continues with exemplary service. Ali, a consummate car guy, asking the questions necessary to make sure I found the car that I wanted. When an RS5 Competition became available, he made sure I saw it immediately. The car did not disappoint. Sven helped me complete this latest contract and was terrific. Another car enthusiast, he was a pleasure to work with. The service department has always been very responsive to my needs. Lately, I've been working with Tony who helped me resolve some issues with my previous RS5 and I'm sure going forward I won't be disappointed. Overall, another great experience with Audi Burlington.
