My second auto-buying experience from INFINITI of KC was better than the first! Erika Roush and Poula Fayek assisted me. They were very professional and knowledgeable while remaining appropriately sale better than the first! Erika Roush and Poula Fayek assisted me. They were very professional and knowledgeable while remaining appropriately sale focused without high pressure techniques. I bought my first QX60 in 2020 from Poula who was my salesperson. When I entered the showroom this time, he immediately recognized me. Because he is now a sales managers, he assigned Erika to assist me. I was a bit disappointed the they had a small inventory of new cars and even more limited used cars. Erika and Poula explained that their inventory situation is nation-wide. They listened to me and found a car that met my needs. Although it is not exactly what I wanted (i.e. it does not have a light interior), I was determined to stay with INFINITI of KC because I've received excellent service from them with my first QX60. Brenden Shaw, my service manger, is a HUGE reason that I stayed with INFINITI of KC - AND - I really love my 2026 QX60 with it's quiet, smooth ride and upgraded technology. May I just say that EVERYONE I have encountered at Infiniti of KC is amazing. I have always been exceptionally pleased with the genuine care and the knowledge of the service advisors, particularly Bre Infiniti of KC is amazing. I have always been exceptionally pleased with the genuine care and the knowledge of the service advisors, particularly Brendan. This week I had the pleasure of working with Tim O and John Cuezze for my used car purchase. These guys are amazing, patient, concerned with my satisfaction and, above all, KNOWLEDGEABLE! They made the process smooth and (relatively) painless. 😂 More

I took my m45 in for service at this location last week, overall, a good experience friendly staff, days later i realized that my engine cover was missing, i believe a honest mistake. I called my assigned overall, a good experience friendly staff, days later i realized that my engine cover was missing, i believe a honest mistake. I called my assigned service rep in regards; was told he would check. After the call back his findings after looking at the cameras was that the plate was never removed from the car, my response was that this piece covers the whole engine and attached with several screws it just fly doesn't fly off, and i am 100% positive it was on the car when i drove it in. Lastly after being told maybe, it came off and i just didn't realize it. i then decided not to respond as i was getting upset, also to avoid confrontation. I then thanked the rep for checking and went to ebay and just ordered another engine cover. ;-( I must be honest This experience left a bitter taste for me and think it could have handled better. More

It’s never fun need your car serviced while on vacation. We had a flat tire and needed to replace it. Spoke to Brenden in the service department and he assured me that he would get it fixed.
