I came to the dealership to get an alignment. The Service Representative told me the wait would be around two hours. I decided to look around at the cars in the showroom. Todd noticed me and aske The Service Representative told me the wait would be around two hours. I decided to look around at the cars in the showroom. Todd noticed me and asked if I had any questioned or needed any assistance. I let him know I was just browsing and really unsure. He said he was more than happy to show me around. We spent some time in the showroom and then ventured out into the cold to look at vehicles. Todd was patient and willing to answer all my questions. We eventually returned to the showroom where I advised him which car I was most interested in. Turns out the only car available was the car on the showroom floor. To make a long story short from start to finish my experience was one to remember in a positive way of course. Everyone was so kind to me. I was especially impressed with Todd because he took his time with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. This is not my first time purchasing a car but this by far the best experience I have ever had. Very professional and mindful of my time. They got me in and out quickly. I am pleased with my purchase and my overall experience. BIG Thank You to everyone I encountered and interacted with that day. More
