I drove 120 mile to see this car and it was worth it! Brent Beck was my finance guy, great guy also. No pressure and we chatted about many things. The part I always hate about car dealerships has always been finance. Not this dealership! Smooth flowing and everything done quickly. When I walked out, it was like getting an infusion from your Dr. I felt Great. The car is beautiful, they fixed a couple of things I had found on my, We owe you list. Again, no problem. They delivered my car on a premium flatbed tow truck. And I must mention Rob, the driver/ delivery man. What a nice guy! And you could tell he wanted my car to get there safely and look they way it was when I purchased it! It was! Additionally, the bathrooms are clean and a Great assortment of snacks , drinks in a well kept area. So this experience gets them a Five Star Rating in my book. I am not ready for another car yet but when I am, the first place I will go is the Subaru Superstore of Chandler, Arizona! Great team guys, Great dealership! Thank you! More

We have lived in the Valley for over 30 years and during that time, my wife and I have bought Acuras, Toyotas, Hondas and just recently, our very first Subaru (a 2020 Outback Onyx XT). The purchasing experi that time, my wife and I have bought Acuras, Toyotas, Hondas and just recently, our very first Subaru (a 2020 Outback Onyx XT). The purchasing experience at the Subaru Superstore was far and away the easiest and most pleasant we have had so far. This is how the car purchasing experience SHOULD be. David Griffin (Griz), our salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful, and very laid back. No high pressure here! He patiently let both my wife and I test drive the vehicle on two separate visits. He didn’t even try to lay the “what can I do to sell you a car today” line on us! He sent us home with a quotation with all the details spelled out in writing and a final bottom line price, so there were no surprises. I had naturally looked the car up on Edmunds, and the price Griz gave us was so good, I didn’t even quibble (that’s a first!!) At purchase time, Brent Beck helped us with our finances and he continued the level of professionalism and low pressure that Griz showed us (at other dealerships, the transaction with the finance person felt like an arm-wrestling match!! Not so with Brent, he was great). Darrin walked us through all the features of the car (and these days, there are A LOT of features) and made sure that all our questions were answered before we drove the vehicle off the lot. Chandler Subaru has also followed up with me several times since the purchase, making sure that all our questions were answered and that we were satisfied. Subaru offers a follow-up meeting (which they call “Love Encore”, a rather amusing name) two weeks or so after the purchase. This is a meeting to go back over the features of the car and answer any questions that have come up. Dustin Fleger met with me and fully met the high standards that Griz, Brent and Darrin had established. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The experience we had with Subaru Superstore of Chandler is a textbook example of how you generate repeat business. More
