I have been in the Automotive Business for over 30 yrs, and have performed many duties including Parts, Sales, Finance Director and General Manager. I have been fortunate to work for reputable organizations during my career. One thing I have learned over the years is that Customer Service is the key to success. That is why I’m excited to be working for O’Daniel Ford. I graduated from Eastside High School and attended IPFW and Taylor University. I enjoy doing activities like hiking, running, boating, playing tennis and mountain biking.

This is car number 2 for us in the last 5 months. Jennifer and the team could have not been nicer too work with. From the beginning too the end the whole process went so smooth. My wife wanted a cert Jennifer and the team could have not been nicer too work with. From the beginning too the end the whole process went so smooth. My wife wanted a certain kind of car color and all the bells and whistles and Jennifer went right too work and found the perfect suv. My Lease from another manufacturer was coming to an end and that manufacturer didn't have what I wanted for a few more months in stock. I looked to O'Daniel Ford. Jennifer and Brent went above and beyond, and that manufacturer didn't have what I wanted for a few more months in stock. I looked to O'Daniel Ford. Jennifer and Brent went above and beyond, making me feel comfortable in changing and came in better than what I expected on my deal and payments. They went out and found the exact Ranger that I wanted! I couldn't of been more comfortable in my decision and was excited to start a new adventure. More
