Speedy and Honost Service I worked with Brett on the phone before driving an hour and half to the dealership. We were able to agree on terms and when I arrived at the dealershi I worked with Brett on the phone before driving an hour and half to the dealership. We were able to agree on terms and when I arrived at the dealership the next day, the deal was done as we agreed the previous day. I was also under some time restraints and Brett and Mike worked quickly to get me out of the door, but still took the time to go over the vehicle features with me. More

Great car buying experience Brett was great to work with, knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the Ford Transit. He even had his Transit tape measure to tell us if Brett was great to work with, knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the Ford Transit. He even had his Transit tape measure to tell us if 4'x8' sheet goods and all our bikes could be hauled. Plus, he figured out all the possible child carseat configurations. We definitely appreciated Brett allowing us to test drive the vehicle for a weekend. Overall a great deal and positive experience. More

They shared their expertise about several different vehicles. We were very happy with the deal we got, but most of all the way the whole dealership treated us. It is a NO pressure dealership. We have been other places in the past, and we always felt rushed. This is not our first time at Mike Murphy Ford, and I know it will not be our last.
