I wish I could leave a negative stars. After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one After my car sat at this dealership for several months. I finally got the call that it was ready for pick up. When I got there, they asked oh no one called you to which of course I'm surprised. I get there and they say oh your car was broken into on the lot. It's undrivable again. I've reached out to management, leadership as well as Kia's customer service department and I still do not have a resolution. It has been weeks and I still don't have my car. They do not communicate. They are unresponsive and they have not taken responsibility for the fact that my car was damaged under their watch. More
