My service advisor was Sean. My Kia Sedona was in the repair shop for a month. They replaced the fuel pump mainly. I am extremely dissatisfied with Sean about his lack of communication. He did not make any efforts to update me about my vehicle and lied to me about the progress of sending information my warranty company asked for. Only untill i reached Alexandria from GMC service did i actually receive help and updates to my vhecile. Sean kept me in the dark for 3 weeks with multiple missed calls and texts. The length of time my vehicle was in the shop was acceptable given the backlog of broken kia's but the blatant lying and weeks of no contact is not. I will never come to this dealer again or refer anyone here.I appreciate alexandria's help however, she went above and beyond in providing me with a clear ETA for repair and a rental car even though she doesnt even work at the Kia Service dept. More
