Been waiting for 3 to 4 months for parts and never can get anyone from service department to return call or emails. Emailed Store manager and took him three emails to answer back and he just asked someone get anyone from service department to return call or emails. Extremely slow for the simplest of services, had an appointment and waited over 3 hours for an inspection. The service department did not properly check for a leak in my tire and had me leave the dealership with a tire PSI that was dangerously low. The next day, the tire was completely flat and the vehicle was u in my tire and had me leave the dealership with a tire PSI that was dangerously low. The next day, the tire was completely flat and the vehicle was unable to be driven. When the service team properly checked the leak after the tire was completely flat, they all of the sudden discovered the leak. This department is lucky my tire did not blow out on the way home which could have caused a major accident, resulting in a lawsuit against them. I do not trust the service department at this dealership. They have attempted to charge me for services covered under my warranty, well knowing that the service was covered. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. More

Took 2 months to get a key fob, door handle replaced and mirror tightened. Sales person LIED and told me twice parts were ordered only to find out the were not. Tried numerous times to contact dealer about mirror tightened. Sales person LIED and told me twice parts were ordered only to find out the were not. Tried numerous times to contact dealer about the issues but no response. Only received a response when I drove 40 miles from my home in Suffolk and spoke to someone in person, which was the LYING salesperson. POOR customer service to say the least! The dealer only has one service writer. When I finally got the door handle replaced, the key fob was still not there and had to be obtained from another dealer. TWO MONTHS after the salesperson told me it would be there in one week. More
