My name is Brett Mathis. I have been a Service Advisor for over 6 years now and with Ford for 2 years. I really enjoy my job working for Sunset Ford & Ford Motor Company because it is a line of vehicles I most enjoy, especially Mustangs. Mustang are an area I feel most confident in and enjoy helping customers learn and understand what upgrades are most suitable for the customer’s expectations. I personally own 4 fords including a 1951 Ford Tudor. Last year, I became a Master Certified Service Advisor since I have been here with Sunset Ford. I was born and raised in Saint Louis and proud to work for a dealership that has been in business for over 100 years!

As a follow up, I did speak to Justin at the dealership. He explained start up troubles with a recently upgraded phone system. My Voicemail apparently did not transfer properly. At any rate, they immediately set up a time for me to come back and have a paint-less dent removal company fix the small dent on the hood. I really appreciate their attention to this and willingness to make it right. That is the mark of a quality dealership. When something goes wrong, nothing is ever 100%, the key is to make it right, and Sunset Ford did that for me. thanks to Brett Dan and to Justin for this.
