Brett wasn't the most pleasant to work with after mentioning a possible credit union option I was considering. His entire tone and demeanor shifted from helpful to a bit harsh. At a certain point, I mentioning a possible credit union option I was considering. His entire tone and demeanor shifted from helpful to a bit harsh. At a certain point, I could tell he was just trying to get me out of the door with a purchase. There wasn't much genuine connection present. I wouldn't recommend having Brett as your business administrator when going through the car process. More

We were very impressed with how comfortable the buying experience was at Paretti. We didn’t feel pressured or nervous about the sale.
